So we did run our group from January- Easter finishing with a parkrun at Shrewsbury parkrun it was amazing!! Everyone who completed the group received a Running Church T Shirt

Running Church Easter to the Summer we kept offering a meet up and walk, jog, run option, it was great!
Running Church Thursday 15th September we will launch another 0-5k for those looking to start from scratch and those looking to improve.
